  1. Does it need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces into shopping cart, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

  1. How to place an order?

It's easy! Here’s how:

1.Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

2.Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under ‘View cart’.

3.Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.

4.Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That's it - we'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

  1. Where can find size & fit advice?

Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart & product measurement.

  1. An item added to shopping cart was sold out.

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

  1. Do you restock items that are sold out?

It depends, we would suggest you to contact with our customer service team for more information.

  1. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 2 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within 2hours) at service@urbanrevivo.com with your change/cancellation request details included. 

  1. What currencies can I pay?

We provide most currency reference according to your shipping location, and you will be charged the equal USD amount at checkout page.

  1. Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Tax is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on their rules and policies. Customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Urban Revivo cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

  1. How to return?

We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt for most items in new condition.

There are 2 ways for applying return:

1.Email directly to our customer service team: service@urbanrevivo.com

lIn order to process your return as soon as possible, please provide the Return item SKU & Return reason.

2.Create a return application via Contact Form :

1)Choose subject - Refund application;

2)Choose the related Return reason;

3)Leave the return item SKU in comment;

4)Input your order number;

5)For any abnormal issue, please attach the detailed photo for us to understand the specific situation;

6)Submit the contact form.

Customer service team will provide you return instruction after received your return application.
